The Seminary Theme and Logo are based on the Theme and Logo for
the Pastoral Year 2023-2024 of our Archdiocese.
- The Patriarchal Seminary of Rachol, through holistic priestly
formation oriented towards future priestly ministry, moulds
seminarians to be Alter Christus (another Christ) to represent
Christ as stewards of the mysteries of God and reach out to people
in the world (hand extending out from the Seminary). - Human, Spiritual, Intellectual and Pastoral formation gained in
the seminary enables the priest to practise the servant leadership
of Jesus (foot along with the map of Goa) and serve people of all
faiths in Goa and wherever he may be sent as, regardless of the
diversity. - As a shepherd in the style of Jesus, he goes out to rejuvenate the
broken, heal the bruised, comfort the sorrowful, accompany the
rejected (depicted by the rugged cross) deriving strength from the
Eucharist (broken host) and moving out to be witnesses of love
and service (the human figures on the broken host).
