The traditional ‘Kermes’ of the SSVP of the St. Joseph’s Conference of the Rachol Seminary was held on 19th November 2023 on the occasion of the feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. The ‘Kermes’ began after the feast mass at around 6:30pm. The fete is organized by the seminary primarily to raise funds for the needy through the SSVP. The occasion was graced by the live band: Beat Drops. There were also stalls with exciting games and food items. Sem. Kennedy Mascarenhas, the host for the evening, kept the proceedings lively. The event was attended with much enthusiasm and fanfare by people not only from the village of Rachol but from areas near and far. The ‘Kermes’ ended with the unveiling of the ‘Snowball Prize’.
